Text Message Terms
Program description
The Resurrection Project (TRP) runs a recurring text message program to keep supporters and community members informed about its immigrant justice work. Messages may include immigration policy updates, know-your-rights information, legal services and clinic announcements, event and volunteer opportunities, calls to action, and donation requests.
Opt-in
You opt in by submitting your phone number through the sign-up form on trpimmigrantjustice.org and agreeing to the consent language displayed there. You do not have to agree to receive text messages to receive services from, donate to, or volunteer with The Resurrection Project.
Message frequency and cost
Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan. TRP does not charge for the program, but your carrier’s standard rates apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Opt-out
Reply STOP to any message to cancel at any time. After you send STOP, you will receive a one-time confirmation message, and you will not get any more messages unless you sign up again.

Reply HELP to any message for assistance, or contact us at info@trpimmigrantjustice.org.
