Thank you for registering to attend an immigration workshop through the Immigrant Legal Support Program (ILSP)!
Be sure to arrive no more than 15 minutes prior to the event.
Please bring the following documents for review:
Identity: Birth Certificate, Driver’s License, Passport, Matricula, Cedula, Voter ID
Marriage and Divorce Certificates
Spouse’s Citizenship (if applicable): Passport, Birth Certificate, Naturalization Certificate
Children’s Citizenship (if applicable): Passport, Birth Certificate, Naturalization Certificate
Previous Immigration Applications/Encounters, including but not limited to any court notices or scheduled ICE check ins
Any documented arrests or interactions with the law, including court dispositions
Proof of your current or previous immigration status, if applicable
Due to a recent change in immigration laws, there are new filing fees associated with certain immigration applications.
You must be prepared to pay the relevant fees on the date of your appointment, if you are applying for any of the below benefits. Fees are payable via debit or credit card.
If you are unable to pay the fees on the date of your original appointment, you will be rescheduled for a later date when you are able to pay. Note that these fees apply per application; if there are multiple people in your family that will be applying, each person will have to pay a filing fee, including children.

Asylum: $100
Temporary protected status: $540
Work permit based on pending asylum (first time applicant): $560
Work permit based on pending asylum (renewal or extension): $795
Work permit replacement: $520
