If they do not receive an answer, then you will need to complete the pre-screening form again if you would like to receive assistance in the future.  

*IMPORTANT INFORMATION: While you wait for a team member to contact you, please gather any of the following documents you may have that will be helpful at the next stage of the process: 

  • USCIS receipt notices 

  • Copy of I-589 application for asylum 

  • Prior work permits (Employment Authorization Document) 

  • I-94s (arrival or departure record) 

  • Proof of Parole 

  • Notice to Appear (if not already uploaded) 

  • ICE Check-in appointment notice (if not already uploaded) 

  • Any other documents related to your immigration case or history
